Youth Club Report:
Megan McDonald and Charlotte Fenn gave a youth club report. The minutes
for these will be posted on the website monthly. This month they
established by
laws for the club. Once all this is official, they can send in their
application to get sanctioned by the APHA. This should be happening in the
next few months. Last Month's minutes are online at
http://www.7cphc.com/02-13-01youthclubminutes.html
Web site upgrade:
The free hosting service we have now is being terminated at the end of
March. We have to switch to something else or loose our host by March
28th. Melissa Berschens suggested that we spend the money to have it
hosted somewhere so we do not risk losing our site. A motion was made to
keep the site up and allow Melissa Berschens to find a new host and spend
up to $30 per month to keep it up. There motion was passed. Melissa will
have an update next month on the new host and any details. This will not
change anything with our domain name... we have paid for that for 2 years
and have one more to go before we need to renew the name. Dana Klamecki
thanked Melissa Berschens for the great job on the website and continued
support to keep it current. The club all appreciates the hard work.
