The show held on May 2nd at Woodmyst went well. Thank You to all whom volunteered work hours. Also Thank You to Mark Bell who announced at the show. Approximately 85 horses were entered. There was $120.00 raised in warm-up trail. It was proposed to the Youth Club; if they would like to take charge of the warm-up trail at the next show ˝ of the money collected would be donated to them. Fairview 4-H sold lunch and will be at the next show.  Only one show remains Sunday September 5th.    Reminder “Open program” and “Paint program” are two separate sets of work hours.  Current Open Club point’s standings were handed out.

Youth Report: Christina McGurran

They worked on their “From the Heart” book. At their next meeting they  will take a vote to decide if they are going to  make a donation to the “ Wild Mustang Foundation”. Donating $21.00 per month per member or a onetime donation. They are trying to start up a Big Sister Little Sister program within the Club.

Old Business: None to report.

New Business: Keep an eye on your show points. There are several people being double entered on the CCC web site during the new transition.  Be sure to watch your points.

We need to have 2 members volunteer to review and audit the Club books Carol Ray and Rhonda Heiner volunteered for the position. They will meet with Denise review the books and report back to the club at the July meeting.

We need to have a projected budget prepared.

A request was made that Open and Paint points be presented on a monthly bases once the show season starts from now on so the web site is updated and members know where they are situated in the standings just as State points. Melissa Burchens is requesting that the club now pay her on an hourly basis of $25.00 per hour. Mark will contact Melissa and report back to the club a figure of maximum hours to be submitted.

Motion made by Carol Ray to adjourn the meeting motion seconded by Keely Phillips at 7:44pm.
