We should think about adding on a youth/am day added onto this show this year. Libby is finding out from the APHA to find out if it is legal to add on a youth / am show to a one day show.

The club secretary has to write a letter saying that we sponsored this class. A check needs to accompany the letter.

Nancy Fenn would like to announce the nov/am in CA is usually pretty strong in western riding class. It would be a great venue in CA to offer a award for this class. A motion was made by Nancy Fenn to sponsor the nov/am western riding class buckle for $300.00. It would enlist people to want to participate more in these classes. The motion was seconded and approved to sponsor the $300 buckle.
