Melissa Berschens shared some APHA news that was sent to her. The club has an option of applying for Gold Star Status with the APHA. This makes our club a club of distinction and makes us eligible for the club of distinction awards put on by the APHA. The club voted to approve applying for gold star status. Melissa will fill out the forms and send in the info to the APHA.

Part of the criteria a gold star club must have is community service or donations of some sort. The club was very interested in doing a variety of community service and donations. Some suggestions were made and they will be reviewed.
