Old Business: 

Next year's show. We need to decide by the next meeting
The next show will be 2 day 4 judge. There was a question by a club member why we couldn't do a youth/am day on our show. The Paint association will not allow more than one youth am show in California. This year it will be in another part of the state. 

Linda Jacobson visited the Salinas
$1500 per day. There will only be 80 covered stalls. 360 portable stalls that aren't very sturdy. This didn't look like a viable solution to where to have the show. 

Diane Lang will look into the Santa Clara County Fair grounds and report back next meeting.

Other suggestions were to look into the Monterey county fair grounds. 

Everyone should take a look at the directory, in the front there is a list of the current shows in California. The dates that everyone has, they each have first choice at that date next year.

If we were to do a combined show again with another club it would be with CPHA April 8-9 it would be a combined 4 day show with our club and theirs at Rancho.

New Business: 
Congratulations Ed and Libby Flores! Who were married in September. We wish you love and happiness. 

Club Officer nominations were made. We will be voting on them at the next meeting. Please prepare to come and vote. Anyone else in the club is welcome to nominate someone or themselves for one of the officers.

Nancy Fenn brought up the Youth club option.. There has to be 7-10 members to create their own club. Age groups are 6-18. Nancy will bring more information at the next meeting about this.

Website update: In August we had 393 hits. We had one new visitor make it to our meeting from the information listed on our website.
